Basic Questions - Your Opinion Needed

In order to begin and develop this community of creative ideas I believe we need to address some basic questions first.
Please discuss your opinion concerning the different issues on the discussion thread below.

Should we set up categories for the creative ideas? If so, what categories are required and who can offer and manage new categories?
Should we require the creative ideas to follow a creation template or format? What should that format or several possible formats be? - Alternatively - should we just make it a suggestion and leave the possibility to more "free" formats and ways to write creative ideas?
We need to determine and resolve credit and copyright issues of the creative ideas people will post in this Wiki. Obviously, we can not post copyright protected ideas here, but what copyright and license status should the ideas posted here have? And how can we protect that status? Should we write a license agreement for using this Wiki?

Best Creative Ideas Wiki

This Wiki is intended to serve as a place for people to share, collaborate and discuss creative ideas in any field. These may include business ideas, social ideas, personal and self-help ideas, writing and artistic ideas and much more.

You can join and help the creation of the ideas and the development of this community. Please add pages as necessary, brainstorm on the wiki "whiteboard" page, and use the person-to-person messaging feature to keep in touch with team members.

Since these are the priliminary stages of this Best Creative Ideas project, I suggest you join this Wiki and begin by addressing the initial issues to be settled by the members.
